Thank you to everyone who came last week. Before the terrace was even swept, we had signed for next year: Summit 2027 will take place on Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 June, at Armazém 7 on the Alcântara riverside, under the 25 de Abril bridge.
Same place, same size
This will be our fourth edition and our third in the warehouse. We have been asked whether we will grow, and the answer is no. Around 1,400 people is the size at which you still bump into the speaker you wanted to talk to at lunch, and the building has a natural limit that we like. The Main Stage seats 1,200, the Studio 320 and the Lab 40, and those numbers will not change.
What will change is the detail. We collected more than six hundred feedback forms this year and will publish what we are changing in a few weeks. The short version: more seats on the terrace at lunch, captions in every room, and a different shape for workshops.
Five tracks
The programme keeps its five tracks, each with its own host who shapes it from the first proposal to the final schedule:
Applied AI, for teams running models in real products
Design, on research, systems and craft
Engineering, on architecture, reliability and developer experience
Product, on discovery, pricing and measurement
Leadership, on building and running teams
The call for speakers opens on 1 July. If you have something to share, the call for speakers page explains how proposals are read and chosen.
Tickets
Early-bird passes are on sale today at €490, and stay at that price until 31 January or until they run out, whichever comes first. They include both days, lunch, coffee, the riverside reception and recordings of every talk. Conference and team passes are also available, and a hundred half-price passes are held back for students and non-profits.
Full refunds are available until 1 April, and names can be changed until 1 June, so you can book now and decide who goes later. Everything is on the tickets page.
Where it is
Armazém 7 is a restored 1940s harbour warehouse with a terrace on the Tagus, ten minutes by train from Cais do Sodré. The venue page has directions, a map and hotels nearby. We will see you by the river.
