Who we are
Summit is an independent conference organised from Lisbon. For the purposes of EU data protection law we are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at privacy@example.com.
Attendees
When you buy a pass we collect your name, email, company and role, the name for your badge, and anything you tell us about dietary or access needs.
We use these details to issue your pass and badge, plan catering and seating, and send you practical information before the event.
Access and dietary details are seen only by the two people who plan for them, and deleted thirty days after the event.
Sponsors never receive your details. If you choose to share them at a stand, that is between you and the sponsor.
Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.
Speakers
Proposals are stored for the review and deleted a year after the event if they were not selected. If you speak, your name, photo, bio and recording are published with your agreement.
Photos and recordings
We photograph and record the talks and the common areas. Lanyards come in two colours: choose the grey one at registration and our photographers will keep you out of shot.
