About Summit
A conference run like a product
Summit started in 2024 as a one-day meetup in a Lisbon warehouse. We still treat every edition the way our speakers treat their products: ship it, measure it, fix what people tell us.

Why we started
The first Summit had 240 people, one room and a borrowed projector. We ran it because the conferences we went to had become trade shows, and the best conversations happened in the queue for coffee.
Four editions later the rules have not changed. Talks are reviewed blind and capped at forty minutes. Breaks are long. Sponsors never buy a slot on stage. And after every edition we publish what went wrong and what we changed.
