Website

Noah Whitaker is director of engineering at Monogram, the contracts and e-signature platform, where he has watched the engineering team grow from twelve people to two hundred in four years. He designed Monogram's team structure, career framework and on-call rota, and has redesigned each of them at least once since, as soon as they stopped fitting.

Noah writes a quiet, widely read newsletter about engineering management with the mistakes left in. He lives in Stoneybatter, plays the tin whistle at a Thursday session in his local, and is slowly restoring an old bicycle he bought for twenty euro.
