Grace Liu runs product at Orbital, which plans delivery routes for logistics companies in nine Southeast Asian countries. Her teams own everything from the route optimiser to the driver app, and she is known for replacing quarterly roadmaps with a short list of commitments the company actually keeps.

Grace started as a support engineer, which she says taught her more about product than any course: people tell support exactly what they need, usually while annoyed. She mentors first-time product managers through a programme she co-founded, and hikes Bukit Timah on weekend mornings before the heat sets in.
