Elena Petrova is a group product manager at Tidewater, the data platform used by analysts at four thousand companies. She leads its collaboration products, and inside Tidewater she is best known for the year her teams removed more features than they added, which cut support requests by a third and made the product noticeably faster.

Elena moved into product from data analysis and still writes her own queries before asking anyone else. She lives in Warsaw's Praga district, hosts a monthly breakfast for women in product, and spends her summers on the Masurian lakes.
